Refund policy

We want you to love your CurioHue piece. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email support@curiohue.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will email you the return address together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer; if we made a mistake or the piece arrived damaged, we cover it.

Made to order

Each piece is made to order in the color and size you choose. Every standard color and size on our site is covered by this 30-day policy, including pieces bought at our everyday discounted price. Because production starts quickly, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order; after that your piece may already be in production.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalized or custom special orders and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you would like.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@curiohue.com.
