Shipping policy

Made to order
Every CurioHue piece is 3D printed to order in our studio in the pastel color and size you choose. Orders usually leave our studio within 3–5 business days. During launches or busy periods, please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. In the United States we offer free Economy shipping and a low-cost Standard option. After dispatch, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

International orders
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and more. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking
When available, a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Address changes
Need to change your address? Email support@curiohue.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once your piece is in production or has shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email support@curiohue.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the shipment and replace or refund the item.
