The pieces

What are CurioHue pieces made of?

A lightweight matte sculpting polymer. Each piece is made to order in our US studio as one seamless form, then checked and finished by hand. The surface is soft and matte, not glossy. It wipes clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Is every piece really one color?

Yes. You choose one of ten pastel colors and the whole piece is made in that color. That keeps the look clean and makes it easy to match a room palette. Photos that show props, jewelry, or plants are styling previews; those items are not included.

How big are the sizes?

Mini is about 6 inches (15 cm) at the widest point, Standard about 8 inches (20 cm), and Jumbo about 10 inches (25 cm). The exact dimensions for each piece are listed under "Size guide" on its product page.

Will the color match the photos?

Closely. Screens vary a little, and made-to-order pieces can show subtle surface texture and small finish variation. The colorway photos on each product page show every color in its true soft, muted tone.

Is it durable?

For everyday decorative use, yes. It is lightweight and will not shatter if it is knocked over. It is not meant for heat, direct sun, liquids, or heavy loads.

Wall pieces

How much weight can a wall shelf, ledge, or hook hold?

They are decorative and light-duty: a ring dish, keys, a small frame, a tiny plant, a favorite trinket. We do not publish a load rating unless a product page states a tested one, so please do not hang bags, coats, or anything heavy.

How do wall pieces mount?

Mounting hardware and adhesive are not included unless the product page says so. Most customers use removable adhesive strips rated for the piece's weight, which also suits rentals and dorm rooms. Check the product page for any piece-specific mounting notes.

Ordering, shipping, and returns

How long until my order ships?

Each piece is made after you order it. Orders leave the studio in 3 to 5 business days, or up to 7 during launches and busy seasons. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

How much is shipping?

Economy shipping is free in the United States on every order, and a faster Standard option is a few dollars at checkout. We also ship to Canada, the UK, most of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and more; international rates are calculated at checkout and any duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Is there a discount for ordering more than one piece?

Yes. Add any 2 or more pieces to your cart and 15% comes off automatically at checkout, on top of free US shipping. No code is needed, and the bundle discount does not combine with discount codes.

When will it arrive?

In the US, plan on 3 to 5 business days of production plus 3 to 7 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within about two weeks. Each product page shows a "Get it by" estimate.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return on any standard color and size, including pieces bought at our everyday discounted price. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned. See the refund policy.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we replace it free. Made to order means we can always make yours again.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, yes, because production starts quickly. After that your piece may already be in progress. Email support@curiohue.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Gifts and custom work

Is this a good gift?

Most pieces are between $11 and $40, ship free in the US, and come in the recipient's favorite color, which makes them easy birthday, dorm move-in, nursery, teacher, and "just because" gifts. If you need it by a date, order about two weeks ahead. Two or more pieces together save 15% automatically.

Do you do custom colors, sizes, or designs?

Sometimes. Email us with what you have in mind. Custom pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned.

Can I buy CurioHue anywhere else?
