Shipping and Returns

Everything about getting a CurioHue piece to your door, in plain language. The full legal versions are the shipping policy and refund policy.

Production time

Every piece is made after you order it, in the color and size you chose. Orders leave our US studio in 3 to 5 business days. During launches and the holiday season, allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping in the United States

• Economy: free on every order, typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Standard: a low flat rate shown at checkout for faster delivery.
• Every order is tracked. The tracking link is emailed when the parcel ships and can take up to 48 hours to update.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and more. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

• 30 days after delivery to request a return on any standard color and size, including pieces bought at our everyday discounted price.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@curiohue.com with your order number to start; we reply with the return address and instructions.
• Custom or personalized pieces and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo. We replace the piece free or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations and address changes

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering. After that your piece may already be in production. For address changes, email us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes once the piece has shipped.
